O2 offer pre-order S25 ULTRA & gets buds pro3 for £20

Hi everyone.  

Today I pre-ordered the Samsung S25 ULTRA and as part of that deal it said if you reorder this phone now we will send you a voucher code to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro for £20. Now my order has gone through successfully and I've been given a delivery date I cannot find that offer anymore. It did say after 30 days I will receive the code. So my question is will O2 automatically send me the offer code after 30 days has passed.

Similar boat. I got in touch via phone with an excruciating wait/hold time. They eventually said they would send me one out.

I'm still waiting... 

Extremely disappointed that I have to chase after a promotional offer. Looking around, seems like it's a blanket issue affecting a lot of customers for O2. Not a great experience.

@Zante Always the same with O2 promotions, been like that for years.

Our Forum Manager is doing his best but, quite frankly it's not really his job and is taking him away from other work

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Yep, there's a reason their satisfaction scores are in the gutter. To be fair to Dave, he helped me massively with a major issue last year (which I'm extremely grateful for) but as you say, it's not really his job. It shouldn't have to get to the point that a forum manager is scrambling around trying to help everyone.

 

Seems like he's the only one that cares though 🤷‍♂️

I have managed to address this issue myself. £20 Galaxy Buds Pro 3 order now placed 🙂

 

Steps to achieve (which took no more than 10 mins for me) were:-

 

1. Called 202 from my mobile phone

2. Selected YES to the 'calling from the number you want to talk about' option

3.Chose the 'Phone' option (I had a choice of phone or watch - your options may differ as these are dependant on what services you have)

4. Asked what the call was about, said "missing promotinal code voucher"

5. Was presented with a series of options to choose from, none apply - just stay silent - this question will repeat itself several times and you are then put through to customer services

6. Went through the security checks, told customer services representative that I was missing my discount voucher for the Galaxy Buds 3. She checked I was eligable for that deal and then processed the order. for me

 

NOTE: They didnt't give me the voucher code (for obvious reasons), but the lady i spoke with did say she had receievd a lot of phone calls about this..., so clearly 02 are aware.

 

Hope these steps help everyone else get their order placed 🙂
