Hi everyone.
Today I pre-ordered the Samsung S25 ULTRA and as part of that deal it said if you reorder this phone now we will send you a voucher code to get the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 pro for £20. Now my order has gone through successfully and I've been given a delivery date I cannot find that offer anymore. It did say after 30 days I will receive the code. So my question is will O2 automatically send me the offer code after 30 days has passed.

It's been over a month since i received my S25 Ultra, let alone ordered it but still waiting to receive the code for the buds 3 pro. Anyone else received anything yet? Trying to contact O2 customer service is a pain to check the status of this
