O2 number swap

Hi, my partner is on O2 (iphone) and has taken a new contract out with O2. 

How does she move her existing number to her new contract?

Follow the information in the guide below, but be aware if there are any termination fees or outstanding device plan payments, then they need to be paid before your partner can move her number to the new contract.
