O2 network

I'm so frustrated with O2 and the service I am getting I can't wait for this contract to run out so that I can switch to vodaphone. Yet another occasion where I've tried to send a text only to receive a message that the network can't currently send.

The online checker can take time to update so recent faults might not be showing yet.
If it persists report it to o2 on 202 or download the My Network app and report it through there..
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Some times having the sim card swapped out at an O2 shop can help.

I have the same issue with ongoing coverage issues.

The number of signal bars your phone displays is very often inaccurate. If you have an Android handset, go into About Phone through the settings menu and look at Status.

If you have an iPhone, dial *3001#12345#* and look in the top left corner.

51dBm is very good signal - 105+ is no signal
