O2 don’t own up to their mistakes I advise you never to pay your device plan early because they will penalise you, you’re making me pay twice, I paid April divorce plan early so they counted that as a credit in and are now making me pay it again. I am on sickness benefit and this is a great hardship for me, but they don’t care. When I have finished paying for this phone I will never use them again

@Madwoman1962

Overpayments on device plans reduce the amount, not the term and therefore, cannot be partially paid early.

This is due to the device plan being on a regulated credit loan. All covered in the T&C's you signed up to.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
