O2 messages

Anonymous
Not applicable

My wife has an old Nokia with an O2 PAYG sim which she uses to keep in touch with her daughter. She does not know or want to use the message facility but gets regular messages from O2 regarding topping up. It says to stop these messages call 2220, but amongst the muliple choices there is no option to stop these particular annoying texts. Hope you can help.

                                       Martin.

The easiest way to stop these is to call CS on 4445 and ask them to turn off balance notifications.
She can still keep a track on her credit in her MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
