O2 like new phone condition

I just upgraded to a iPhone 12 pro gold 128gb like new I've read online that you can shoose a condition for the phone u wish to receive when ordering from my phone I didnt get these options do I receive pick if the bunch or is like new the top condition for these phones please thanks?
