O2 left me with out service and refused to supply a PAC code

Anonymous
Not applicable

I wanted to cancel my 30 day monthly contract and get a PAC code to transfer my number.

The online chat person advised I couldn't do that and would need to go to pay as you go then change the number to my new service. No mention was made about losing service.

I now have now been left with no service at all, no pay as you go sim and when I checked my on line account the pay as you go is a different number?

HELP! I need a mobile and I need my number urgently.

They can't refuse you.
Call them this morning and see if they can fix it for you.

@Anonymous I suggest you use a landline to call (not live chat) http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I hope your number hasn't disappeared into the twilight zone. Some of the live chat advisers are downright dangerous.
