Ok. Hi guys. It sure if this is a bit of an ask but I pay £8.50 for insurance for an iPhone X. My friend apparently got a used phone (not sure if he’s with o2 but might be). I wanted to know whether the phones are new with o2. On my bill it’s accdamage £8.50. Does my son get a new phone if it ever god forbid got broken. Thanks

Usually they are refurbished phones but check the specific T&C’s of your policy.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
