O2 don't seem to be accepting payments via my card but i can pay other bills easily

This is the second night I've come home after work to try and pay my bill online with my card and it says I should contact my bank.I've been paying bills online today and yesterday as I do have money in my account. O2 is there something wrong with your systems? What do you want me to do?? Nightmare!!!!!yahoo

Probably worth calling 202 to see if they can process payment over the phone.
Would setting up a direct debit not be acceptable?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

They can help you with a full diagnostics and raise a case to investigate further if needed.
