Having looked at the past messages, this site is just a sham!!!

Very annoyed person.

How can you just send a simple email to get an answer??

I even asked "Alexa" I cannot print the reply!!!??

There is no email support anymore.
It's either call cs or ask us.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

O2 made a decision to remove email support in favour of live chat. If it's account related then you need to contact customer service either by phone or by live chat. Anything else then we can probably help you.
