I have problems today in connecting with the internet and also making calls- number [removed]. I have managed to make 2 calls today however the call cut off on both occasions whilst I was talking. Please advise as to the connectivity problems today- 19th December 2017 in north Norfolk, Weybourne. Thank you, please reply to my email address [removed]

The generic help provided was not of much help- seemingly in my postcode all is well but specifically my connection is not! I understand the point made about personal data- thank you.

I agree. You do need to use a little self help to diagnose the problem. If you exhaust all options then call customer service or go instore.
