O2 billing on multiple devices

Hi all,

I currently have two devices set up with o2, an iPad and an iPhone both are pay monthly devices and the IPad is new as I have just taken this out.

My question is, when looking at the my o2 app you can toggle between both devices on the top left to see what you have been barged but the monthly tariff fee for both is the same. Are these both just added together and just shown as one value on both pages? I have discounted the fact they could be the same amount for two bills as I’ve had the iPad a day and the iPhone is a monthly bill.

Is the wording Latest airtime bill ? That is the combined bill for the 2 devices not the tariff if you right click on the arrow on each device page it shows the seperate element charged .

Yes it states, latest airtime bill. So that is both combined then? I see, that makes sense now. Thank you for your help. On another matter, my device is due to be delivered soon, click and collect but I’m being charged from yesterday and it may not even arrive today, normal?

Yes tariff starts when dispatched . If delayed ring customer service 202 and they can adjust the bill etc .

Ah sorry Adam, I didn’t see your earlier reply.
No, still not received my iPad, been gettin charged insurance, tariff and payment for it Ron the 17th though. Just had my bill for the device payment to be paid in full at the end of the month despite not having received it. Online still states it in stock so...

@cardno4 I would advise ringing O2 customer services for an update on the delivery time for your ipad and then ask for an airtime credit

Thank you. Will get on to it later. Is there a number that’s free from o2 phones? 202? What about a discount on anything else? Insurance? Device? Etc
