Is the wording Latest airtime bill ? That is the combined bill for the 2 devices not the tariff if you right click on the arrow on each device page it shows the seperate element charged .

Yes tariff starts when dispatched . If delayed ring customer service 202 and they can adjust the bill etc .

@cardno4 I would advise ringing O2 customer services for an update on the delivery time for your ipad and then ask for an airtime credit
