Hi,
I've just transferred to a monthly roll on tariff with O2, which supposedly contains the same features as my previous 24 month contract including unlimited text messages to UK numbers. However I notice that from the first day of activation, I'm suddenly starting to be charged for text messages to the same UK numbers which were free before, which I clearly shouldn't be. Can this issue be fixed please and the bill edited?

This isn't customer service so you need to call them 202
