It was paid 3 months ago as far as I recall back in April before I moved in May.
CS won't talk to me because they don't understand me, I don't have access to FB or X, I contacted them on Instagram last week and they were somewhat less than helpful.
Can I do anything?

Well following reading the post on Instagram last week, I texted 85075 yesterday and the £160 is genuine.
