Over the past few weeks i have encountered problems getting into My o2 on my android phone -- message i get is -- sorry we are having some problmes please try again later or contact customer services to report the issue.--- i would be contacting customer services very, very , very, often as this service is off more than on.
O2 we pay for a service please give us what we pay for -- or give us a refund when part of the service i/we pay for is down/not working.
Will consider a move when my contract is up.

Sorry to hear about your trouble signing into the My O2 App.
Have you tried logging out and then back in again?
Does this happen over wifi / 3G or both?
Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
Failing that you can still check your Balance by sending the word "balance" or even a blank message to 21202.
Hope you get it sorted.

it will be a problem with app itself, not o2, try uninstalling it & reinstalling it

At the moment My O2 is down most nights ffor maintenance. You should have no problems accessing it during the daytime and early evenings.
