Does everything else match up i.e. your name and address, contract deails and phone type?
I'm wondering if the chat adviser has logged you into the wrong account?

That's a serious breach of the DPA then if that's the case. Personally I would call first thing in the morning. Please don't use chat for this. As you have already made a complaint it would be interesting how they explain this.

@Anonymous You certainly need to ring customer services first thing. They open at 8am. As you say if you are seeing some other account then you can only wonder if your details are on display to someone else. A very serious breach has occurred here. I know you say you have made a complaint but this needs to be addressed as soon as possible http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have been sat here reading this thread open-mouthed. Is it any wonder why we never advise people to use Live Chat? Instead of the situation getting better, it's clearly getting worse. This is a serious breach of security. Hopefully the OP has notified customer service first thing this morning, but I will mention @Toby here, to make him aware of this thread as well.
