hi every one. i decieded to go sim only plan thinking it would be safer and a capped monthly price. well was i wrong my first bill every thing was ok. i then got my next it went down hill from there o2 uk are adding charges for services ive not used or asked for i have phoned up finding out what happed these services where not mentenioned in the first place. have o2 broken there contract terms and conditions where talking about ten pounds of charges ive not asked for o2 no nout as per the norm. please help

thanks i think i will ten pound charge appaered out of nowhere like magic i rung them again spoke to sally from preston brook it appeears to be aa fault on there side i guess i can leave without disconnection chrge cant o2 uk get anythink correct. they dont even no what the charge was 4. Update ive been called by o2 thererufunidin thee tenna and said it was there fault i have to wait 30 days for refund which is poor

1. O2 don’t cap contracts
2. Have you clicked on anything or gone over your allowances?
3. You won’t be able to leave free of charge unless you can prove O2 are in the wrong

It sounds to me like a premium test issue possibly from Facebook or the likes.
