Solved: Re: O2 Travel

Hi

I selected the o2 travel Bolt on a few days ago , I had a confirmation email to say it’s set up and it is £6 per day . I am in Dubai and noticed I have been charge international calls and data so far, over £69 in two days, any ideas as to why I’m being charge?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

@Markol Dubai is not included in O2's list of countries: Using your phone abroad | International | O2
