I'm travelling to Canada in the next month or so, and have a Sim Only tariff that includes the O2 Travel Inclusive bolt on showing in my account, hence, should have inclusive roaming whilst I'm there.
Now, my question after checking this forum, (there seems to have been A LOT of issues with the O2 Travel bolt on in the past, such as people being actually charged the roaming fees and then having a battle with customer services for a refund at a later date), have these issues finally been ironed out?
Like many on here, part of the reason I chose my tariff was the roaming in 75 countries and do not want to end up with my holiday being tarnished by roaming hassle!
If anyone has any recent insight to this, then I'd be much obliged if you could share it! 😊

No recent issues reported but check by calling O2 before you go that it is set up and active on your account.
