I played your top up Surprise game and won a "gift" and got a text saying that details will be sent to my email shortly. This was over 26 hours ago.
So how do I get my gift?

Incidentally I don't know why you call it our Surprises game. This is a customer forum for us customers to discuss things.

Me and my hubby both topped up for the last 4 months not had nothing. I phoned them up and they said its not them its a company called Grass Roots but they couldn't give me the email for them as "there system is down".
What a stroke of luck for them.

You don't need to phone O2. The details are on the O2Surprises site.

I entered my surprise code in, then played that stupid duck game and that's about it - no surprise, I tried to re-enter the code but it said " the code has been used" totally a waste of time.
