O2 Switch Up

Hi All,

I took our an O2 switch up plan a while ago (pre Aug 23) and switched up my phone to the 15 Pro on release day but wish I'd gone for another colour. Any ideas if I am able to switch up again or would I now need to wait the 90 days.

I can see that the Ts & C's were changed but can't work out if my switch up plan is classed as pre Aug 23 or if it would just start again when I got the new phone meaning it would be after Aug 23 and subject to the 90 day wait time before switching up again.

You can until June 19th when everyone is moved to the new terms https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Switch-up-terms-changing-19th-July/m-p/1714392/highlight/t...

But the store seems to advise I’m already on the 90 days. Quite like to change handset before June 19 in that case.

Customer services are saying as it’s a new switch up it’s now every 90 days but I’ve had continuous plus plans since before Aug 23 so surely they’re wrong.

In your case, they are wrong @Scotty_j

You can still change at anytime but after June 19th, everyone is being moved to the 90 day rule.

They’re not budging on the 90 day thing so looks like I’ll be leaving it for the time being.

Speaking to Dave just now and he’s been great.
I can only assume switch up has been removed and put back on when using it hence why now on the 90 day option.
