Hi,
I am wanting to do an O2 switch up online using an online order.
Am I able to collect this in store? or does it have to be delivered to my home?
Thanks.

Nope, as you have done it all online, so it needs to be completed via the online channels..
If you wanted to do it in store, then the whole switch up process has to be done in store,

Delivery of an online order can be at home or store collection.
As an existing customer you can also choose a work address for delivery.

Another question. I have had switch up from the start but I last did one in January. I can see I have the option to switch up on my O2 account online. Does that mean I can go ahead or do I still need to wait until 90 days. It's so confusing. I don't want to place the order and then it be cancelled

If you are wanting to have a switch up delivered to store, you are better doing the full process in store, and the store can also order the phone in if they dont have one..
And also it gives peace of mind o2 have the old phone, as the post and others are known to lose phones..

I have done Switch Up online with store collection. Can I exchange my old phone in store on collection day? Otherwise I will be without a phone.

You will receive a Jiffy bag to send the phone back, after you have collected your new phone.

Can I not leave it with them in the shop? Be safer and gives peace of mind.
