O2 Surprises Not Worth It

I had 2 Surprises from before Christmas which never came,
After numerous emails and finally talking too 02 was told the items werent in stock,
then i was told i had ordered some boy band pop cd,
so called and had a go about this and why on earth will i order a cd which is aimed at girls,
and today i was sent 2 new codes and on entriing the codes,
all the gifts apart from one are aimed at girls,
my mate only used the service 2 days ago and it was more of a mix then this,
totally taking the mick,
and also means all this 02 Surprises #### is all fixed,
it is already pre-determined which prices will be won and which wont...

Wish i was a financial wizard,
work p/t at the apple store and all my money goes straight back into the store,
the 02 surprices is sorted now,
was told it fine to swap the numbers,
which is what i did, every 02 surprices code is unique and set from 02,
but if you swap the numbers with your mates you will get a much bigger choice...
