i joined O2 Simplicity on a 1 month contract and on my O2 page it says contract renewal date is today 29th April 2012, will it renew by itself for next month and and so on or do i renew it myself? if so does anyone know how to do that? i tried talking online to a O2 rep but they just kept saying update contract and something about getting a new phone then somthing about i can keep it if i'm happy with bolt ons i have but they didnt really explain how i renew contract.

And don't forget that the moment you change to a new deal, all your previous Simplicity benefits will disappear and you'll be subject to the new T&C's. So if you had say unlimited data, then you won't have that on the new deal. Otherwise, if you do nothing then nothing changes
