Solved: O2 Sim not working after putting in a Vodafone Sim

Hello,

I have an unlocked iPhone X and a "Pay as you go" O2 Sim that I'm using as my main Sim.

My father has a Vodafone Sim, and I needed to check if it was still working and needed to Top it up for him.

So I inserted the Vodafone Sim into my iPhone X, and that was all working fine.

However, when I put the O2 Sim back into my iPhone, it does not recognize it anymore.

I've tried the O2 sim in other phones and that doesn't work either.

Has my O2 Sim deactived? What is going on?!

Can someone please help me with this.

Pop into your local O2 shop and get a new sim and a sim swap as it sounds like you've damaged it whilst swapping them around.

Hi @Anonymous! Welcome to our forum. Can you give us an update on how you're getting on with the SIM? Did you manage to talk to customer service about it in case it got damaged as mentioned above?
