O2 Roaming - how do I know how much of my 25GB I have used whilst abroad?

I am currently roaming in Spain and have a 25 GB limit. I have used 23 GB of my total internet, however I am not sure which part of this was used roaming and in the Uk. Could someone help please?

If you have a 25GB Tariff then it all counts towards your data allowance so you have 2GB left. 

If you are on a plan with >25GB then you should be able to find out on the phone via the data menu on your phone or via myo2. 

You will also get a sms when you are close to your 25GB data limit, before been charged.
