O2 Roaming Surcharges not appearing on bill

Hi, as the title states, I should have roaming surcharges on my bill but they don't seem to be appearing. I was abroad in France from 02 September to 30 September. I had used at least 15GB over the 25GB cap for data usage in the EU, and I received texts from o2 confirming I would be charged at 3.50 per GB and how much I'd used. 

 

My bill is generated on the 26th of each month and I pay my bill on the 9th of each month. I hadn't received any extra charges for my October bill, and my November bill isn't showing any extra charges in the myo2 app. I wanted to find out exactly how much I'll be charged, but aside from texts I can't find this information anywhere, not in the myo2 app or from speaking to o2 aswell. A CSA said I seem to have no extra charges incurred on my account. 

 

Should I expect to be billed in November (today is 04/11/21) for charges incurred through September if my bill is generated on the 26th monthly? Its quite confusing because the CSA told me he sees no extra charges, I can't see any extra charges on my account, yet I know I went over the roaming limit and received several texts from o2 telling me so. Any advice appreciated!

I can understand your concern...However if the O2 advisor can't see any extra charges then that would appear to be it.

We're just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
