O2 Rewards Scheme Improved

O2 have tweeted about the O2 Rewards Scheme.
You still get 10% of your top-ups back every 3 months. However, if you want you can use them as a discount off a handset or off tickets for events at the O2. You can even convert it to High Street Vouchers to get money off your shopping.
And new O2 customers no longer have to wait 6 months before they join (but they'll get 5% for the first six months)

How do we get these new Rewards then. I just got a O2 rewards text only offering me to text Claim to get my £3 free credit...

You can claim or save your rewards every 3 months by:

• Texting ‘Claim’ or ‘Save’ to 50202 free
• Calling 313 free from your O2 mobile
• Online at www.o2.co.uk/rewards
• Customer Service by calling 4445 (charges apply)

Incidentally, if anyone is having trouble claiming there rewards for the last quarter then give O2 a call.

Looks like they are having some trouble with the page as my cache has been cleared but I'm still seeing the holding page.


I emailed O2 customer services about this a few days ago as i still see the holding page and they've told me that it is my problem as they can access the site themselves.
Doesn't matter that their customers can't view the page!

Poor customer service in my opinion!
