Hello so I sent back a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 via a jiffy bag for return. It was delivered on the 18/10/22 but I contacted O2 and it's on the system as not returned. I am thinking it's there but it hasn't been updated. The device plan still shows up on my account. I need help with this. Thank you
