O2 Repair site Working or Not ?

So first post and first question, does the repair site even work or not ?. Every time I enter my repair code it says it's wrong. I've checked three times it just wont work. Thank you

Thanks for all the replies guys. I guess i'll just wait till I get a text, or something to see the status. If it hasn't worked for years that's pretty ridiculous.

Hey guys, 

I can confirm that this issue is still being investigated but unfortunately I don't have an update at this time. I'll let you know as soon as there is any news!
