Hi,
I am currently on a monthly contract that runs out next August. However i am looking to pay this off to upgrade to the new iPhone. Would my plan have o2 refresh? If so how does this work please? Thank you.

If you had your contract directly from O2 it will be refresh which is explained here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093
Basically, once you pay for the device, you can choose to upgrade.

It’s compulsory if you got it from o2 directly.
It’s only 3rd parties that provide standard contracts now.
