O2 Refresh/upgarde

Hi

I ve upgarded my tarrif. I have received galaxy S5 yesterday morning but still have no signal on the new sim card(a small one). Does any one know how long it takes to get it working? Thanks

Once the signal goes off your old sim, keep rebooting the new phone every 30 mins or so to help the new sim become active quicker.

Yes, you can use O2 recycle or any of the other methods of recycling or selling phones.
