O2 Refresh Tarrifs

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi, I got the iPhone 5s 2 years ago on O2 Refresh pay monthy.

My contract is due to end this month.

I just recenty upgraded to iPhone 6s on new O2 refresh contract,

Will I need to cancel my current tarrif so that I don't get charged twice? Or as of next month will O2 know that I'm just on the one tarriff?

You have 2 contracts currently.
You need to call CS and cancel the old one.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

In my O2 it should show your new device now and your current contract details.

It does but also my old one, as I'm having a new number.

Just hope I'm not going to be paying for 2 contracts.
