O2 Refresh Early Upgrade using 30% O2 Open Discount?

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi
I currently have a O2 Refresh and have been looking to pay it off in order to get another phone (happy with the tariff but hate the phone - S5)

I have my code etc so the question is can this be done? Can this be done with an iphone 6? And can this be done online or is it just in store?

I always take it the 30% is just off the tariff not the whole package?

Questions questions questions!

Thanks

Hi,

You cant do it online I'm afraid, only over the phone and instore.

The O2 open discount is now available for The Iphone6 and it only applied to the airtime , not the phone plan. Hope this helps slight_smile

Yay perfect! I haven't been to get a contract in store for years, what do you need now? Still ID and a utility bill?

Thanks for the reply!

The last time I upgraded I didn't need any id they just text a code to my phone in store.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
