O2 Pay As You Go £10 Extra Credit Offer - Can anyone tell me if this offer is still valid, and if so why are only some SIMs eligable? The page is from 21 Sept 2016 and I ordered a SIM via this page thinking I'd get the offer.

Does it state on the sim pack that you would get the offer?

Promotion closes for activation 23:59 28 days after order date
(as specified on your sim pack). Promotion may end at any time.
Check your sim pack to see if you’re eligible for extra credit.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

It will be stated on the sim pack when you receive it if it is.

Thanks, but that doesn't answer my question.

Still annoyed that I bought a SIM and topped-up thinking I'd get this offer.
