Hello

I just upgraded to a S22 Ultra and I work at asda so I can get o2 Open discount. Last time I didn't use it as I had Disney plus. This time I applied for it and got my discount. 

 

But as I go to apply it I get warning that I already have a discount of 3 months free tariff, i didnt even see that. O2 Open would save me more money, is it possible to remove the 3 month free tariff?

Edit:

I've just checked and Open discount isn't available on the S22 Ultra yet, so there's no benefit to there unfortunately.

The S22 Ultra is excluded from the o2 open scheme, so you wont be able to use your Open Discount.

I just got my upgrade yesterday and the lady in the shop told me I was eligible tou would think the staff would know when they are making a sale promoting this benefit I've a good mind to take it back and thanks for the help today appreciate it
