Hi 

 

I am having a problem accessing my O2 Open account. This hasn't been a problem recently after getting my discount applied by contacting O2 by telephone but now I am about to upgrade my phone on a new contract and I want to be able to apply my discount online rather than having to phone O2.

 

When I log in my account details are correct but the page after logging in just says: 'Sorry, there was a problem' however in the top right corner you can see my name and it says 'sign out' so I am definitely logged in. It has now been this way for 2 years. I have tried logging in on several different devices without success. I have also tried changing my password and logging in without success.

 

Any ideas?

Just to let others know who may come across this. I had to ask o2 customer services to delete my o2 open account and start over with it again which has fixed the problem.
