O2 Open - NHS Foundation Trust members?

Hello,

I'm considering switching to O2 as my current contract has recently run out.  I am a member of an NHS Foundation Trust and I was wondering if I am eligible for the O2 Open discount.  I'm registered on the NHS Discounts website, but I don't see anything about the O2 deal on there.  Can anyone help?

You need to apply for the discount at the start of your contract...

Once you have the code.......

"If you already have your open code you text OPEN followed by your open code, mobile number, name and postcode to 2020"

As per the the FAQs link please take note of the exceptions on Hardware.

"Are there any exceptions?
We don’t include iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, Pay & Go, any non O2 Refresh tariffs or business accounts in the O2 Open scheme."

Please note that you must also source your phone directly from O2, so you cannot get a phone/contract from the likes of CPW or any online retailers if you wish to avail yourself of the O2 Open discount scheme.

Thanks for the links, Cleoriff - I'd already looked through them, though, and they don't say anything about NHS Foundation Trust members.  Does anyone know?

If nothing comes about by inputting NHS then maybe speak to O2 Customer Services for official clarification.

Thanks for getting back to me @Anonymous  It looks as if you need to speak to Customer services if you can't find the info you need. The search engine may not recognise the words Foundation Trust. I can assure you this code is for all NHS employees.  As I said previously it does have to be applied at the start of contract and if you are experiencing problems then please contact O2 customer Services....or talk to the staff instore...:smileywink:
