O2 Open - Fire Brigade Eligibility

Is there any way for Fire and Rescue employees to take advantage of the 25% airtime discount when upgrading?

I can access the offer via the Blue Light Card app and have used it before when I worked with the NHS but having text the 61202 number it seems no Fire Services are eligible?

Disappointing if that's the case.
