How long does it usually take for the o2 open discount to be applied? I’ve done it before on my old phone and im
sure I heard back more or less immediately.
I applied for it on 26th January via payslip and national insurance number as still wasn’t receiving the email and I am yet to hear a thing. When I log on to my account, it says they are still waiting for it to be validated. Thank you.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

What phone was it you upgraded to as there are quite a few exceptions, but it usually within about 5 days..
