Hi.
I recently upgraded the three phones in my household on O2 Refresh. All three phones are held under one email address as O2 told me that was the easiest way to keep things moving.
I logged in today to add my O2 Open Discount to 2 of the phones as both my wife and I qualify for the discount, but it will only let me add a discount to one of them.
How do I go about getting the second one added? Do I have to separate the three phones back into 3 separate emails?

You may find it easier to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support and ask them to apply the other one.
If you want to change the email address, this will also work.
