Hi, my contract finished last month and I am keeping my phone but looking at a sim only deal, when I got my bill this month I found out that my open discount has ended because my contract has ended as well. The problem that I have now is that when I go to apply for the discount again it keeps saying that I can't get it because of when my contract started is over 28 days ago. Can anyone help because I am keeping my sim at the moment until I can find a good deal.

@JeffP69 You'll have to explain to customer services on 202 and see if they can apply it for you, but you can apply yourself when you renew your contract.
