I have two mobiles on my account.  I have just upgraded to the Iphone X with 20GB data which is eligible for the discount.

Can i apply the O2 open discount to both numbers/airtime plans,  therefore getting a 25% discount on each ?

Open help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/O2-Open-amp-Friends-and-Family-discounts-How-to-sign-up/... but can only be used on one refresh contract. 

However, you should be able to get the Family Plan discount on the other contract https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan

Just remember you need to apply for your Open discount within 28 days of taking out your Refresh contract.

My contract expired a couple of months ago, but I'm holding off until the XZ3 is released.

My o2 Open discount stopped at the end of the 24 months yet I've not taken a new contract yet.

 

Is this correct or should I still be getting the discount?

The discount applies for the duration of your device plan only.

It applies for the length of the device contract but NOT to the cost of the device 🙂
