O2 Network - EC4N Area

Hi,

 

For the past 24 hours, O2 has not been working in the central London area, I am not even able to make calls to O2 customer services for an update. When are the repairs scheduled to conclude?

@Anonymous  O2 won't give estimates or timescales for repairs sadly. If you are without coverage for any length of time you could complain and maybe get a refund as a gesture of goodwill https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

When you are within coverage of a signal you could download the My Network app and report it via that route

It looks as if it's intermittent

Customer service doesn’t have access to any data to tell them when repairs will be completed as it is dealt with by a different department which customers cannot speak to.
All you can do is track any changes here https://status.o2.co.uk/ and if a fault is showing it means they are aware and working on it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
