Hi,
For the past 24 hours, O2 has not been working in the central London area, I am not even able to make calls to O2 customer services for an update. When are the repairs scheduled to conclude?

@Anonymous O2 won't give estimates or timescales for repairs sadly. If you are without coverage for any length of time you could complain and maybe get a refund as a gesture of goodwill https://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain
When you are within coverage of a signal you could download the My Network app and report it via that route
