Hello.
I have had extremely poor internet (almost non existant) the last 2-3 weeks. I checked live coverage to be told the mast is experiencing high volume, so I thought I would contact O2 via Live Chat.
After 5 mins chatting to someone, he had technical difficulties. Sigh.
5 mins later I got through to someone else, but after 5 mins of chatting to him, he left - But they couldn't tell me why....?
Any ideas? Getting a bit fed up of O2 at the moment!

If you got that report here:
about the mast, then there isn't much you can do and hopefully O2 will be working on getting it fixed.
Progress reports are not given out I'm afraid.
