O2 Iphone contract to end

Anonymous
Not applicable

My iphone contract via carphone warehouse is coming to an end using the O2 network.

I do not want to change my phone but would consider an O2 sim deal. As carphone are offering me an upgrade to 5s at another £5/mth more than im paying now. am i going to get a better deal dealing with O2 direct?

A simo deal could save you money and or give better allowances.
Have a look here https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/simplicity#/tariffs

I would definitely call 202 and speak to retentions by choosing the option to leave O2. It's possible you will get a better deal on a phone and also a sim only contract. Using CPW you are tied in for another 2 years.

Hi @Anonymous You get some good deals on O2's sim only contracts. You can have them over 30 days or 12 months

I've just renewed with O2 by going through retentions and got a cracking deal on a new iPhone 6s (which I'm enjoying immensely I might add) you've nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving them a call.

Also definitely check the refresh guide linked above, as you've greater freedom with that too!

@Anonymous Although I'm still getting used to a new OS I'm actually quite impressed with my new 6s. O2s TuGo has worked seamlessly for me, which was one of my worries tbh because of all the bad feedback on it. There's nothing that I've not been able to do, and have found some great apps (can't guarantee they're all Apple exclusive) that I'd never even considered before.

In short, I'm really enjoying the experience so far!

Glad to hear Tugo works well for you,  it shows that it can work on ios.
