Hello all,
Lost my phone last week and successfully put in an insurance claim yesterday. I was told my new phone should arrive on Monday but haven’t received any email confirmation about this. Should I be worried or will I just receive an email when it’s dispatched?

According to the call times listed, they are open from 8am on a Saturday. 8-8.30am tends to be the best time to call them
