Hi All
So in a cost cutting exercise, I decided to cancel the insurance on my s8, and as sods law would have it, I have now smashed my s8 quite badly, rendering it unusable.
My own fault and I was thinking that would be the end of it, having looked at my online bank statement for this month, I discovered that o2 have continued to take payment for the Insurance by direct debit from May, when I cancelled it.
I have asked on an online chat, and been told I have no insurance on my account, just wondering has anyone else experienced this situation?

@gaz76 You should call customer service on 202 & ask them. Live Chat are renowned for providing inaccurate information.

If you're still paying for it you're still covered, simples wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I would be insisting O2 Insure sort this out. Call them and put in a claim. Online chat, 'nuff said....
