In theory, yes, but there's no mention on giffgaff forum.

Well so far Tesco mobile doesn't support it, so chances are Giffgaff also doesn't...:(

I can't see any reason why mvno's should be included in honesty. They already get cheaper calls so why should they also benefit from HD calls?
